Walker Expands Keenan’s Northern California Public Sector Reach
TORRANCE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keenan & Associates, the largest privately-held insurance brokerage and consulting firm in California, announced today that they have acquired the employee benefits business from Walker & Associates, a Lafayette, Calif., firm providing insurance services and employee benefits to public agencies. Founded in 1999, Walker & Associates has built a strong presence among Northern California schools districts and municipalities.
Jana Walker will join Keenan as Assistant Vice President and will be based in Keenan’s Oakland office. Walker’s clients include primarily public school districts and government agencies.
