SACRAMENTO, CALIF. -- June 20, 2001 -- One of the most respected leaders in managed care and hospital administration, Henry R. Loubet, was recently elected chairman of Onvoi Business Solutions, a Sacramento-based business process outsourcing firm.

Loubet gained considerable health plan experience while CEO of United Healthcare's ten state Western Region, president of Foundation Health's California health plan and senior vice president of operations and regional executive for Health Net. Loubet is a director of Managed Care On Line (MCOL) and Pacific Management Services Inc.
