NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED HEALTHCARE LEADER ELECTED CHAIRMAN OF ONVOI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS 
 
 
SACRAMENTO, CALIF. -- June 20, 2001 -- One of the most respected leaders in managed care and hospital administration, Henry R. Loubet, was recently elected chairman of Onvoi Business Solutions, a Sacramento-based business process outsourcing firm. 

"We are very excited about Henry because of his domain expertise and because of his reputation as a leader in the business community", said Mike DiManno, CEO of Onvoi. 

Before joining Onvoi, Loubet was vice chairman and chief operating officer of on-line pharmacy DrugEmporium.com. Under his stewardship, DrugEmporium.com merged with HealthCentral to become one of the leading e-commerce health care and pharmacy companies.

Prior to his work with DrugEmporium.com and Health Central, Loubet spent thirteen years as an executive in the managed health care field. Loubet gained considerable health plan experience while CEO of United Healthcare's ten state Western Region, president of Foundation Health's California health plan and senior vice president of operations and regional executive for Health Net. Loubet is a director of Managed Care On Line (MCOL) and Pacific Management Services Inc.
